Import of File: MyData.xlsm failed. Excel Version 1706 not supported

The import error message indicates the CRS configuration is not set. We have different templates in place – typically it is about the number of reporting FIs :

  • Report for multiple reporting FIs -> CRS_BasicTemplate_MultiRepFI_v1706.xlsm
  • Reporting for a single FI, structured address data available -> CRS_BasicTemplateLight_v1706.xlsm
  • Reporting for a single FI, no structured address data available -> CRS_BasicTemplateLight_FreeAddressCorrection_v1712.xlsm

Important: Before the import you need to configure the template in the CRS configuration tab and save the configuration:

The data dictionary defines the data mapping between the template and TRSuite. It is provided with the excel templates on our TRSuite Download Page.

Excel-Macro Issue: "Run-time error '70' permission denied"

After installation of Microsoft Windows security update KB3213624 generating Message- or DocumentRef-Ids within our provided excel templates causes a runtime error.
This issue is by design, as of the July security updates. This control is blocked as a security measure to help prevent malicious code from running in Office applications, see
Applies To: Office 2016, Office, 2013, Office 2010, Office 2007

Source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3213545

A workaround has been implemented, the new templates need to be downloaded from our homepage.
Alternate Workaround: Do not generate the IDs within Excel, but after the data import within TRSuite.
